How do I make an appointment?
You can call me or email me to make an appointment.
I work in Yoga Motion Hollistic Centre in Burnham on Wednesdays and Fridays. Usually the first appointment 9am and the last at 7pm.
How many sessions will I need?
Often clients do ask me how many sessions it will take to resolve their problem.
I would say that it's always less that you imagine, so change can happen, if you are willing, in 3-4 sessions.
Everyone, and their problem, is different. You only book one session at a time.
At the end of each session, we discuss how you are progressing and if you'd like to book another, and how long to leave between sessions.
How long is a session & how much will it cost?
Cognitive Hypnotherapy & NLP sessions last an hour and a half, and include free email and agreed phone support between sessions.
Sessions are £85 ( for comparison purposes that's about £58 an hour)
Half-day Breakthrough sessions are available and are useful if you live some distance from me or have a complex issue, these are £375
Full day Breakthrough sessions are useful as above. Contact me for more details.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, you can pay by cash, or credit or debit card.You pay for each session, at the end of each session .
