Anxiety is very common. Cognitive hypnotherapy can help.
Anxiety disorder, basically, is feeling fear. Usually, this fear is about the future, or ruminating on something bad that happened in the past, or social anxiety, about social situations and people. Anxiety is the body’s response to perceived danger, the fear you are feeling. The fight or flight response that makes your heart go faster, your palms sweat and your mouth dry. The chemicals that your body makes are meant to help you run away, quick, from the danger. But you don’t run away, because you sort of know that you are not in mortal danger, you are just emotionally scared. Anxiety attacks can be very scary though.
