Having a fear or phobia is no joke, is it?

A lot of clients tell me that part of them has a sense that it is ‘silly’ to be scared of things like flying, driving or birds, but another part of them just can’t stop. And it seems just being told to get on with it doesn’t work so well for a lot of people.

Fears and phobias can be resolved though, and cognitive hypnotherapy and nlp can help. I know this for sure, because I had a fear of flying, went to an nlp practitioner and resolved it. It’s how I became a therapist.

The first thing we do together is to decide how you want to be – and this is different for everyone. Some clients want to get rid of their phobia completely, and others just want it to be bearable. Its really up to you. Then I teach you a range of techniques that both reduce and resolve the fear, and ones that you then can take back in your life.

So from the first session, you already have something, which can help.
