My previous career was in general management in a diverse range of industries, which led to my interest in people and helping them facilitate change for themselves.

I am an associate with the Quest Institute, a network of individuals trained to the highest standards, and have trained with Paul McKenna Training, I am also a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy. I have a Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy, and am a Master Practitioner of NLP.
